Hi! I'm Rachel Wollf, and I'm so glad you're here.
Weddings are my jam. You know how people have a few things they're each passionate about? For some, it's climbing mountains. For others, it's chilling in the library with a book that smells a little too much like grandma's house in the spring.
Me, it's photographing one of the most important days of your life. You want to hire someone who not only gets that, but it passionate about making sure that you have the time of your life in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.
I frequently find myself on a wedding day being so much more than just a person who takes all those heirloom quality pictures you'll cherish for years to come - I'm also there with a safety pin if your dress breaks, and I bring a big smile (along with some cheesy jokes!) for all those bridal party photos of you surrounded by some of your closest friends. I think wedding food is one of my favourite parts of the day, but nothing can beat the moment when you lay eyes on each other for the very first time.
I want to be beside you, capturing the emotions throughout your day in such a way that you won't just see pretty pictures on your walls, but so that you'll also remember exactly how you felt when you saw a joyful tear fall down their face as you walked down the aisle. How your attendants laughed at an inside joke about squirrels from the rehearsal dinner, or when the ring got stuck on their finger and you decided to just laugh it off instead of getting flustered.
I'll share all my experience with you to help you have the best day ever, from planning to preparing to all the little moments on the day of.
I'll be there after the wedding, where we can meet up for a coffee and pour over your album for the first time as you relive all the moments when you feel the pages as your hands run across them, soaking up every detail.
When you're ready to have a beautiful canvas gallery in your living room, or small tabletop albums made for the parents for Christmas that year - I'll be there to guide you each step of the way.
Let's make this easy. Let's make it beautiful. Let's make it fun.
Step One: Lets Connect
After you fill out the contact form, I'll answer any questions you have and we'll schedule a phone call or meeting in order to go over details and make sure that we click well. After all, you're going to spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day!
During our chat, we'll go over the details for your day and I'll work with you to curate a photographers timeline that best fits your wedding day needs.
Step Two: Engagement Session (Or Skip to Step Three!)
If you choose to include an engagement session in your collection, we'll plan out a date, time, and location in advance - feel free to make suggestions for locations with a personal connection (such as the place you had your first date together, the farm you grew up on, or the lake you visited every summer growing up - I'm always up for an adventure!). I'll assist in planning the location, help with wardrobe choices, and go over the best time of day for that amazing golden hour light!
This is the time for us to hang out & enjoy sunset in a beautiful landscape of your choice. This session gets you experienced in front of the camera so you'll feel confident on your wedding day.
Step Three: Pre-Wedding Consultation
4-6 Weeks before the wedding date, I'll be in touch again to go over the final timeline for your special day and go over the wedding consultation form again - making sure that I know about all the little details and surprises that might happen on your big day - from sparkler exits to heirloom items or any other details you want to preserve!
Step Four: The Big Day
I'll show up and be ready to go at the pre-arranged time we discussed and you can relax knowing that I have it covered!
Step Five: After The Wedding
Usually within 24-48 hours after the wedding, I will post a few sneak peaks for you to share with friends and family and you can expect to receive your full gallery within 8 weeks via an online gallery and a USB key which I can either give to you in person, or mail by request.
All along every step of the way, I want to keep in contact with you and make things as easy and streamlined as possible! If you have any questions use my Contact Me form by clicking the link below - let's connect!

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes, I do! I even have a running list of the top locations I would be thrilled to photograph a wedding at - including Scotland, Hawaii, Banff, Jasper, Vancouver Island, Niagara Falls, and Santorini Greece. Contact me for more details and a special travel rate for certain destinations on my list. For a full list, contact me directly
Will there be a second shooter?
Second shooters are available for special events, such as a wedding. However, we do not currently offer them in our main collections and are booked on an as-requested basis.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Depending on availability, yes. If you think your session time will not be long enough, please contact us in advance so we can ensure we book in a longer time slot to ensure you have everything you need. Additional fees will apply.
What kind of gear do you use?
I come to each session with multiple camera bodies, and shoot using Canon brand equipment. Depending on your needs and available time, I also use on-location camera lighting such as strobes and flash units and everything from a lighting dome to softboxes. I LOVE working with off-camera flash to help ensure the best lighting situations at all times and offer much more creative options for a truly unique session.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No. All of my current collections for both Wedding and Lifestyle sessions come with a Personal Print Release - meaning you can print them yourselves! I do recommend using a professional quality lab whenever possible to ensure a high quality product that will last for years to come and have lab recommendations if you need help. I do also offer print services through a professional lab, so you have the option of letting me look after all the details if you choose.
